Job Description
- As a Consultant for SAP Data Migration at Genpact, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong knowledge of SAP data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Experience with ETL tools and technologies, such as SAP Data Services, DSP, or BODS. - Solid understanding of SAP modules and data structures, including material master, customer master, and vendor master. - Experience in IT and ERP Data Migration. - At least 4-6 E2E data migration implementation experience involving various functions/modules. - Must have S4 Data Migration experience. - Must have very good SQL Skills. - Must have knowledge of project requirements gathering, project initiation, implementation/development, controlling and closing with post go-live support (hyper care). - Worked for several Global MNCs in ERP Data Migration, data quality, data governance, and data cleansing. - Extensive knowledge of E2E data migration process, challenges, best practices, data governance process, and data strategy. - Functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply chain, Finance, Sourcing, and Commercials from a Data Migration Standpoint. - Functional process Knowledge for any 1 module (MM, PM, PS, FI/CO). - In-depth technical expertise and SME for DSP and Cransoft Backoffice Suite config/setup and strategy design. - Project management experience to prepare project plans, data cutover plans or mock and production cutover. - Perform Subject Matter expert roles, Requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, Blueprinting, build, Configuration, Testing, cutover, and Go-live activities for data migration. - Knowledge of SAP ERP Landscape. - Knowledge of Master and transactional objects and their dependencies. - Knowledge of data integration methods. - Knowledge of Data governance - Active and passive. - S4Hana Public Cloud domain is preferred. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT, or MCA. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. - Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. - Possess good verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports, and resolving impediments. - S4HANA Public Cloud is preferred. Certificate in S4Hana Public Cloud is an added advantage.,
