Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager in the Finance Planning & Analysis Partner team at Genpact, your role will involve various responsibilities and qualifications. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Operating Plans, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, you will be engaged in management reporting, generating insights into business performance, providing analytical insights to top management, monitoring business performance, driving discussions on improvements, partnering cross-functionally for financial decision support, preparing financial models, business cases, and analysis for ad-hoc projects, managing customer contracts, and actively contributing to organizational initiatives. Furthermore, you are expected to lead and motivate a large workforce for greater operational efficiency. - Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook - Management reporting with detailed commentary and analysis - Generate insights into business performance - Provide objective and analytical insights on financial impact - Continuously monitor business performance and develop recommendations for improvements - Drive discussions with senior stakeholders - Partner cross-functionally for financial decision support - Provide financial modeling and analysis for ad-hoc projects - Preparation of Pricing, business case, and commercials - Managing customer contracts from a commercial standpoint - Actively participate in org-wide initiatives - Effective leader with skills in training & motivating a large workforce **Qualifications Required:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - C.A / CMA/ MBA - Robust analytics experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Prior experience in FP&A Domain - Experience in Finance function - Ability to handle leadership queries and quick turnaround If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on these responsibilities, this Assistant Manager position at Genpact could be the next step in your career growth.,
