Job Description
- As a Management Trainee in the Accounts Receivable domain at Genpact, your role will involve conducting quality checks as per client contracts, maintaining exception logs, preparing SOPs and process manuals, performing daily audits, managing collections, overseeing period close and reconciliations, handling customer communications, managing AR ageing, and deductions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting quality checks as per client contracts - Maintaining exception logs for process-related exceptions - Preparing SOPs or process manuals - Performing daily internal audits - Managing collections - Overseeing period close and reconciliations - Handling customer communications - Managing AR ageing and deductions management Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) - Relevant work experience in Invoice to cash transactional activities - Strong English language skills (verbal and written) - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Customer service orientation - Ability to work effectively under pressure Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (Collections, Cash Apps, Billing) - Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Office If you have the required qualifications and skills, we welcome you to apply for this full-time position based in Noida, India, and be part of our dynamic team committed to operational excellence.,
