Job Description

Job Description: We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our growing team! As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales calls to drive customer acquisition and promote insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound queries and provide information about insurance products and services.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell insurance policies.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
