Job Description: As a Senior Manager of New Business Development (OEM/Private label) at Raaj Industrial Lubricants in Mumbai, your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic plans to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, sales planning, client meetings, and partnership development to expand the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities - Build and maintain client relationships - Create strategic plans to drive business growth - Conduct market analysis - Plan sales strategies - Conduct client meetings - Develop partnerships to expand market presence Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in OEM sales - Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis - Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills - Strategic Planning and Project Management skills - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - Experience in the industrial lubricants or automotive industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
