Job Description
- As a DevOps and Platform Engineering professional at Ouro, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize software deployment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline code releases, evaluating and recommending DevOps tools and technologies, and ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and performance through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. You will also troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues, provide rapid solutions, continuously monitor system performance, and lead training and workshops on DevOps best practices and toolsets for internal teams. Additionally, you will stay updated with emerging DevOps trends and incorporate relevant innovations into the company's processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for software deployment automation and optimization. - Collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline code releases. - Evaluating and recommending DevOps tools and technologies based on organizational needs. - Ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and performance through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. - Troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure issues, providing rapid solutions. - Continuously monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments. - Leading training and workshops on DevOps best practices and toolsets for internal teams. - Staying updated with emerging DevOps trends and incorporating relevant innovations into the company's processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Architect. - Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing CI/CD pipelines. - Proficiency with DevOps toolchains such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. - In-depth understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and associated instruments. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with cross-functional teams.,
