- Role Overview: As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Siemens Digital Industries Software in Udaipur, India, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive Test Automation strategies. Your role will involve developing robust testing frameworks and methodologies using existing tools, as well as researching, evaluating, and deploying new test tools. You will actively identify automation opportunities across various business functions, track ROI for automation initiatives, and design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with multi-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop customized automation workflows will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. You will also evaluate existing processes and systems for automation potential, apply various automation tools and technologies, and conduct detailed testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement automation solutions across diverse business functions - Utilize automation tools such as Robot, Selenium, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) - Develop automation solutions using programming languages like Python and Java - Set up and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automation - Analyze complex processes to identify automation opportunities - Collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Over 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Test Automation - Expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions - Proficiency in automation tools and technologies like Robot, Selenium, and BDD - Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and Java - Experience in CI/CD pipelines for automation - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and collaboration skills Company Details: Siemens is a global team of over 377,000 individuals working in more than 200 countries.
