Job Description
- Role Overview: In this role as a Manager in Supply Chain Management at Genpact, your primary responsibility will be to analyze current and past delivery performance to identify errors, understand their root causes, and develop actionable plans to reduce errors. You will also need to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics, and business judgment. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively review supplier performance, engage with suppliers, and work towards improving the accuracy of delivery information relayed to customers. Driving automation and simplification within processes through continuous improvement and co-operative work stream planning is a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current and past delivery performance to identify errors and create actionable plans for error reduction - Solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics, and business judgment - Review supplier performance, prioritize suppliers, and engage with them to improve accuracy of delivery information - Work with procurement teams to resolve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery issues and accuracy of information from suppliers - Monitor and maintain the accuracy of information from suppliers and take corrective action when necessary - Drive automation and simplification within processes through Continuous Improvement (CI) and co-operative work stream planning Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record - Rich experience with Angular & Python - Good understanding of UI framework - Knowledge of jQuery and JavaScript - Prior experience demonstrating ability to analyze UI framework, patterns, and develop actionable plans Preferred qualifications: - Tech-savvy individual with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building - Ability to challenge the status quo and drive for high performance - Strong collaborative and influencing skills - Cultural awareness and ability to operate within a global organization - Team player with a focus on process automation through CI methodology and co-operative work stream planning skills - Understanding of AWS and Data Engineering concepts will be advantageous - Sound commercial and business acumen with awareness of global market factors and trends If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply before the ongoing unposting date.
