Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
