Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for sourcing candidates

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication

Support HR operations and other administrative tasks when required

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Telugu or Kannada (mandatory)
