Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, labor teams, and subcontractors.

Monitor progress of civil works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project plans.

Maintain daily site records including work progress, labor deployment, and material usage.

Identify and resolve issues related to construction delays, resource shortages, or site conflicts.

Oversee execution of concrete works, foundations, industrial flooring, and structural components related to industrial construction.

Ensure site safety protocols are followed and address any violations promptly.

Support the Project Manager in planning and reporting site progress.

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site supervision.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial projects (e.g., factories, plants, warehouses).

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic construction management tools.

Strong understanding of civil construction materials, methods, and industrial construction standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.

Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) norms for industrial sites.
