Generate leads and acquire new customers for Two Wheeler Loans and Personal Loans through cold calling, telecalling.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
Assist customers with documentation, KYC, and loan application process.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSA partners, and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in CRM.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 03 years in Sales, preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Finance (Two Wheeler / Personal Loan sector).
Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of loan products and credit evaluation.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
