Job Description
- As a member of the platform team, your role will involve building and enhancing a production-grade AI-powered virtual assistant that provides real-time technical support and enhances decision-making through interactive engagement. You will need to have a deep understanding of agentic AI systems and enterprise Java development for this production-focused position. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy production-ready AI conversational agents using Java-based architectures - Develop agentic AI systems with advanced reasoning and decision-making capabilities - Create sophisticated prompt engineering strategies for complex multi-turn conversations - Implement and fine-tune LLMs and NLP pipelines for enterprise-scale deployment - Develop APIs and backend integrations using Java frameworks - Integrate virtual assistants with enterprise systems such as CRM, analytics, and cloud platforms - Implement advanced agentic workflows including tool usage and multi-step reasoning - Ensure enterprise-grade security, privacy, and compliance in AI operations - Document architectures, prompt strategies, and codebases for team transparency Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field - 5+ years of Java development experience in enterprise environments - 3+ years of agentic AI systems experience, including agent frameworks, reasoning, and autonomous decision-making - Extensive experience in prompt engineering, including chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, and complex reasoning - Strong LLM integration, fine-tuning, and production deployment experience - Experience with enterprise-scale AI/ML applications beyond POC development - Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate - Real-time deployment and backend development skills, including microservices, databases, and message queues - Advanced knowledge of NLP, including intent classification, entity extraction, RAG, and agentic reasoning - Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and GCP - Understanding of enterprise security and compliance Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, LangGraph, and CrewAI - Advanced prompt engineering certifications - Experience in front-end development using React and Angular - Familiarity with voice/speech technologies and multi-channel deployment - Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, and enterprise AI governance - Understanding of enterprise software architecture and system design If you join us, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead cutting-edge agentic AI development in production environments - Work with enterprise-grade technology and tackle complex AI challenges - Be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team that emphasizes continuous learning - Enjoy competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements,
