- Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering solutions for product design and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Your role will involve managing engineering projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving product designs based on testing data. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for product design and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications. - Lead comprehensive testing and validation of product designs to verify reliability, functionality, and performance under real-world conditions. - Manage and oversee product development projects from inception through to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business objectives. - Conduct in-depth analysis of testing data to identify areas for design optimization and performance enhancement. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between design and testing objectives and broader business goals.
