Hiring: Area Manager Mortgage Sales
Role: Area Manager
Experience: 5 to 8 years (Minimum 5 years in HL/LAP with 2+ years team handling experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment of sales officers and team managers
• Conduct training and coaching for new joiners on geography mapping, source management, and customer relationships
• Allocate and audit geography assignments at all levels
• Identify and develop underperforming employees
• Conduct weekly and monthly team reviews and follow-ups
• Monitor daily huddles and managerial meetings
• Manage relationships with sources and channel partners
• Maintain a positive team culture and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination


Candidate Requirements:

• MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing/Finance with sales inclination
• 5+ years experience in BFSI sector, with at least 4 years in team handling and managerial roles
• Prior experience in Home Loan/LAP preferred
