- **Job Description:** As a Senior Salesforce Automation QA Engineer(Automation-AccelQ) at NTT DATA, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end test strategies for Salesforce CPQ and sales experience cloud. Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and conducting code reviews to ensure high code quality in test suites will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, mentoring junior QA engineers, and supporting best practices in test automation are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will work on performance and load testing when needed using tools like JMeter or Locust, ensuring traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements, analyzing test results, debugging failures, and reporting quality metrics to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Create end-to-end test strategies for Salesforce CPQ and sales experience cloud. - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality in test suites. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and optimize coverage. - Mentor junior QA engineers and support best practices in test automation. - Work on performance and load testing when needed (using tools like JMeter or Locust). - Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements. - Analyze test results, debug failures, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** - Senior Automation QA experience in Salesforce. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA automation. - Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar automation tools. - Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages. - Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the software development lifecycle. - Experience with version control and defect tracking tools (Git, Jira). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.,
