Job Description
- As a Low-Code Developer at Microsoft, you will be part of the Business & Industry Copilots group, a rapidly growing organization responsible for various Microsoft products like Dynamics 365 suite, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and more. Microsoft is renowned as a leader in Software as a Service, and this group plays a crucial role in designing and delivering business applications. Your role as a Low Code Engineer will involve driving innovation and efficiency through low-code/no-code solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced automated workflows, enhance user interactions, and integrate AI agents within production services. Working in the Customer Experience - CXP Engineering group, you will contribute to building the next generation of applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and other Microsoft cloud services. The team operates in an agile, high-energy environment, focusing on enabling end-to-end business scenarios using cutting-edge technologies to solve challenging problems for large-scale business SaaS applications. To succeed in this role, you will need to solve problems with an analytical approach, craft automated business solutions, create robust low-code/no-code solutions, and drive effective stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating them into technical specifications, designing application solutions, leading design and code reviews, developing production services, coordinating AI integration, developing rules for production services logic, and staying updated on industry trends and innovations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - Additional qualifications include experience in software engineering, hands-on experience in low-code application development, experience with low-code/no-code programs, managing and configuring AI solutions, and programming/coding experience.
