Job Description
- As an Assistant Vice President, Lead Solution Architect at Genpact, your role involves leading RFP/RFI responses and proactive bids for Consumer/Commercial Banking processes. This includes defining the operational, digital/technology, analytics, and commercial aspects of the solution, creating the operating model, authoring RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with support functions, and presenting solutions during client interactions. Your primary target will be sales bookings. You will also lead the development of capabilities by defining forward-compatible solutions to offer a differentiated set of offerings in Consumer/Commercial Banking. This will involve building, maintaining, and updating solution offerings through internal and external partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing thought leadership to generate pipelines for functions and clients that align with the service line strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead RFP/RFI responses and proactive bids for Consumer/Commercial Banking processes - Define operational, digital/technology, analytics, and commercial aspects of solutions - Create operating models and author RFP/RFI responses - Present solutions during client interactions - Develop forward-compatible solutions for a differentiated set of offerings - Build, maintain, and update solution offerings through partnerships - Develop thought leadership to generate pipelines for functions and clients Qualifications Required: - MBA or equivalent years of experience in the banking industry as an operations manager, solution architect, or transformation lead Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Consulting experience - ability to convey value proposition and differentiators effectively - Transformation experience - ability to design and execute operational transformations, with operational experience being advantageous At Genpact, you will be part of a global professional services and solutions firm focused on delivering outcomes that shape the future.
