Job Description
- As a Management Trainee at Genpact, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the AP department to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Your role will involve assuming a proactive stance in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and submitting them for quarterly client approval. Additionally, you will provide training and mentorship to junior members of the AP team, take a lead role in month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts. You will also be required to respond to audit inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
