Job Description

As a Manager, Training and Nesting at Genpact, your role will involve leading a team of trainers to enhance the competencies of employees through engaging and useful training programs and workshops. You will play a crucial part in identifying training needs, planning and executing training strategies, and ensuring high engagement levels. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating project management skills - Planning and implementing training programs based on research - Forecasting future training requirements and trainer count - Leading, teaching, onboarding, and evaluating new trainers - Overseeing employee attendance and performance - Tracking employee success and progress - Reporting training yield to assist WFM team in capacity planning - Implementing training KPIs - Preparing and presenting reports on training program KPIs Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications/ Skills: - Graduate from a recognized university Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Relevant training experience - Relevant Training/Nesting Manager experience - Effective planning and time management skills - Interpersonal skills - Coaching and Developmental skills Please note that the Job Posting is for a Full-time position in India-Jaipur.,
