Job Description

    Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries at our service-based IT MNC client, you will be responsible for owning and growing a key multinational account or a portion of an account to deliver profitable growth. Your role will involve managing client relationships, achieving revenue growth targets, collaborating with various teams, and shaping deals to drive revenue through vertical-specific solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow a key multinational account within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries - Hunt for new business opportunities, particularly with Indian GCC experience - Manage client relationships and expand existing strategic accounts - Achieve yearly revenue growth targets - Collaborate with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams both onsite and offshore - Drive proactive solution development and deal-shaping concepts - Facilitate workshops with technical architects and maintain strong client relationships - Develop and execute an account strategy aligned with customer priorities and competitive landscape - Work with delivery partners to set delivery metrics and targets - Negotiate account management contracts and agreements to maximize profitability Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus - Over 10 years of sales experience in Digital, Customer Experience transformation, and IT Services - Experience in managing Fortune 500 clients and achieving revenue targets - Expertise in cross-selling and upselling service lines to existing customers - Strong understanding of technology and industry-specific platforms - Ability to generate and present proposals in response to various client requests - Extensive experience collaborating with Senior Directors/Managers, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams,
