Job Description
- As an IT Service Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be a key player in the Service Supply Chain offering, leveraging technology to develop and deliver BPaaS solutions across the service lifecycle. Your role will involve acting as a Business Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with business development to enhance clients" supply chains and customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing demand management processes, coordinating technology services, and supporting new business discussions. - Partner with business development and act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to build resilient solutions for clients" supply chains - Provide oversight and management of demand management processes, coordinating demand within the Business Technology Services (BTS) organization - Support new business discussions and manage business expectations on the delivery of BTS technology services and strategy - Develop technology strategy in alignment with SSC business strategy and operational strategies - Build exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive level personnel - Provide thought leadership, technical guidance, and expertise to ensure thorough planning and execution of technology solutions - Collaborate with internal business and functional teams as a technology partner, communicating and coordinating delivery of technology services from BTS - Identify weaknesses, risks, and inefficiencies in operational processes and work towards improving them - Support regionally based business development and sales community on key BTS capabilities and products - Lead major BTS tasks supporting business development activities in the region to ensure alignment with BTS product strategy - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years experience in technology solutions and implementation of complex supply chain processes - Minimum of 5 years experience in systems design and development process - Strong familiarity with information security, risk management, and industry compliance requirements - International business experience across various customer sectors preferred - Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP preferred) - Analytical thinker and problem solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations - Strong understanding of cost models and budget management,
