Bachelors degree or equivalent.
12 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably for US clients.
Open to Work from Office
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Knowledge of International culture and customer behaviour.
