Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele salesTelesales Executives to join our high-performance Motor Insurance Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining motor insurance products, and closing sales over the phone. If you are passionate about sales and want to earn unlimited incentives, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads/prospects for motor insurance sales (new policies and renewals).
- Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and add-ons clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car/bike insurance plans.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into closed sales.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and queries in a professional and confident manner.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, IRDAI guidelines, and ongoing offers.
- Work closely with the operations team for seamless policy issuance and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in telesales (motor insurance or general insurance preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and high energy.
