Java Full Stack Developer @ Synechron

Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer proficient in Java and React.js to join our dynamic technology team in Pune (EON). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using modern full stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
  
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for robust backend functionality.
  
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and best practices.
  
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
  
• Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  
• Experience in Microservices architecture and Cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• Proficient in version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployment.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
