Roles and Responsibilities :

• Drive and achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for selling general insurance products such as fire, marine, motor, employee benefits, and other lines of business.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in the general insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of various types of general insurance products including fire, marine, motor, employee benefits, etc.
