Job Description
- As a Manager / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing at Royal Pharma in Mumbai, you will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, team management, and sales. Your role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's API & Intermediates. - Achieve targets and focus on new business development. - Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, R&D, production) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies as needed. - Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence for API & Intermediates. - Provide necessary information in a timely manner. - Establish customer engagement and satisfaction programs. - Prepare monthly sales reports. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful partnerships. - Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with lead generation and sales goals. Qualification Required: - Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills. - BSC, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B. Tech, M.sc preferred. - Team Management and Sales skills. - Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and executing successful marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,
