We are looking for experienced professionals for our International Voice Support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
  
• Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer queries
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions
  
• Meet performance KPIs including quality, productivity, and attendance
  
• Ensure first-call resolution and excellent customer experience
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in l voice process/customer support
  
• Excellent command of English (neutral accent preferred)
  
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  
• Comfortable working in night shifts
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Timing:

Night Shifts Only (Rotational shifts and rotational week offs)
