Job Description:-
- As a Quality Analyst, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
- You should also be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
- Responsibilities: -
- Working experience on health care payer administration solution (e.g. HealthRules Payer, Facets/QNXT etc.)
- Sound knowledge on Configuration, End to End payer workflows like Member enrolment, EDI processing, Benefit plans, Claims processing, Claims Edits, and Payments
- Strong experience on test scenario and test case designing
- Strong experience on designing defects and performing necessary analysis
- QA Testing experience with good understanding of the STLC - Review requirements, execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Active participation/interpret the requirement discussion
- Deploy, Configure and set up test environments
- Liaison with the developer for Test Scope and Bug Closure
- Perform risk-based testing on the fast-changing environment and its documentation
- 6Basic understanding of database concepts
- Experience of agile/Scaled Agile methodology, processes and tools such as Jira and ALM etc.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or a similarly relevant field is highly preferred.
