Job Description
Job Title: Jewellery Consultant
Location: Noida Sector 50.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years (Jewellery Industry only)
Salary Range: 25,000 35,000 plus incentives per month.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in fine jewellery, particularly in Polki, Diamond, and Jadau segments, and will be responsible for providing personalized consultation and premium service to high-end clients.
This is a front-line customer-facing role that demands a strong sales mindset, product expertise, polished communication, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Understand the clients needs and recommend suitable jewellery options.
Effectively present and promote Polki, Diamond, and Jadau jewellery collections, highlighting unique features and craftsmanship.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by engaging in consultative selling.
Handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain a strong understanding of current jewellery trends and competitor offerings.
Assist in visual merchandising and showroom upkeep to ensure an inviting environment.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly to build a loyal client base.
Manage sales invoices, billing, and handle high-value jewellery transactions with care.
Coordinate with the back office for stock updates and customer requests.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in the jewellery retail sector (Mandatory).
Strong product knowledge in Polki diamonds, Jadau, and traditional Indian jewellery.
Freshers or candidates without jewellery industry experience will not be considered.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Pleasant personality with grooming and etiquette suited for a premium showroom environment.
Confidence in handling HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients and premium sales.
Strong team spirit and customer-first attitude.
Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on sales.
