Job Description
Preferred candidate profile
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of multiple clients.
Coach and manage a team of 35 members.
Track and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, identifying scope creeps and evaluating change requests.
Guide the team on deliverables and conduct formal weekly project status review meetings with the team and customers.
Follow established processes, update weekly project status, and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members and the PM/Sr. Manager.
Apply project management principles to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team to identify innovative approaches and solutions.
Travel to customer locations for requirement gathering, perception alignment, and training on the E-Spend tool.
