• Must have experience in Configuring, installing, and maintaining OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, OTDS, Blazon, Brava etc
• Must have experience in migration and upgrade projects.
• Good understanding of Content Server Archive Center schema and databases like Oracle/SQL.
• Monitor system performance and exhibit strong troubleshooting skills to provide technical support for OpenText related issues.
• Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and patches.
• Must have experience in Workflows, Web Reports, Forms, Form Templates, Records Management, Physical Objects.
• Facilitate the consumption of Content Sever REST APIs and web services.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execute recovery procedures as needed.
• Proficiency in Web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, Bootstrap etc.
• Good to have experience in Answer Modules Content Script, Beautiful web forms.
• Good to have experience in ASP. NET (C#)
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Communicate effectively with end users and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
