Work Locations : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon/Chennai/Pune

Shift Timings : 11am to 9 PM(General shift)

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period Required : Immediate/10 Days

Job Description :

2.5-3 Years of relevant experience
-Having extensive experience of working in IronClad CLM, knows configuring the Legal Contracts, MSAs, SOWs templates in Ironclad.
-Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles, best practices, and legal/compliance considerations.
-Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards throughout contract journeys.
-Oversee the end-to-end administration of Ironclad CLM, including user management, template creation, clause library maintenance, and workflow configuration.
-Lead or support the deployment of Ironclad CLM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices for contract management.
-Design, configure, and optimize contract workflows, approval processes, and automated notifications to streamline contract lifecycle activities.
-Experience with Ironclad integrations (APIs, connectors) and familiarity with related platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign) ensuring seamless data flow.
-Maintain data integrity within Ironclad, including contract metadata, document storage, and search functionality.
-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into contract status, cycle times, and key performance indicators.
-They should have exp. Of designer workflow
