Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. 1. Sales Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimise sales processes for efficiency.

2. Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and customised solutions.

3. Sales Promotion

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with brand goals.

4. New Customer Development & Conversion

  • Identify potential customers and new market segments.
  • Lead customer acquisition initiatives and convert leads into active clients.

5. Analytical Reasoning

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance reviews.
