Job Description

As a Data Analyst at New Age Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the business and identifying opportunities to leverage analytical solutions for driving business decisions and outcomes. You will have the chance to work closely with various business stakeholders and explore cutting-edge analytical techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - Scope out business requirements and priorities by thoroughly understanding the retail portfolio - Gain expertise in data analysis to derive meaningful insights by exploring various data fields from source systems and data marts - Design and implement analytical solutions to address business needs - Utilize new age algorithms and advanced computational methods to develop robust models and analytical frameworks - Innovate on new variable ideas through case reviews - Establish processes and controls to ensure accuracy of data, analyses, strategies, and recommendations - Understand model governance and key model/variable tracking metrics - Challenge the status quo to enhance efficiency in existing processes - Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholder teams to drive consensus and conclusive outcomes - Comprehend how analytical solutions contribute to driving business outcomes **Qualifications:** - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Post-Graduation in Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Please note that the above qualifications are essential for this role.,
