Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for turnkey laboratory infrastructure solutions, driving both revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Identify, evaluate, and convert high-potential prospects including pharma companies, research institutions, consultants, and architects.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions that highlight the companys engineering strengths.
  • Pitch complete turnkey offerings including design, lab furniture, HVAC, MEP utilities, and project execution capabilities.
  • Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, estimation, and execution to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.
  • Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to the senior management.
  • Build long-term client relationships, ensuring recurring business and referrals.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to enhance market visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Turnkey Laboratory Infrastructure / Cleanroom Solutions / Technical Project Sales
  • Experience in B2B/Project Sales/lab infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles, tendering, and institutional sales processes.
  • Prior experience in working with architects or consultants is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a highly technical domain.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, lead customer meetings, and drive negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel based on project and client requirements.
  • Strategic thinking and customer-centric approach to selling.
