Lead the UX process for assigned projects, from concept to hand-off.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using Figma.
Develop interactive demos and UX walkthrough videos for stakeholders.
Create clear and engaging presentations and visual storytelling using Canva and Figma s presentation features.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback iteratively.
Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Support and collaborate with marketing on branding and visual consistency.
Required Skills:
6- 8 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong visual and interaction design foundation. Expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and storytelling through presentations and demo videos. Solid understanding of design systems, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with designing dashboards/admin panels, chatbots. A strong portfolio with detailed case studies showing UX strategy and execution. Familiarity with design systems, mobile/web guidelines (iOS/Android), and accessibility best practices.
