As a leader in the AI Business Process Digital Solution Area Specialist and Digital Solution Engineer team, you will guide strategy development, drive transformations, deploy solutions, and create value, ultimately shaping the future of business. Responsibilities: - Coach team in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to, and manage Microsoft customers using state-of-the-art sales, data, and marketing systems and platforms. - Hold team accountable to meet operational standards and maintain reporting accuracy for key center metrics. - Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights. - Coach your team to collaborate and leverage internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships. - Lead your team through change, keeping them motivated and focused as customer needs and market conditions evolve. Qualifications: Required qualifications: - 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR equivalent experience Preferred qualifications: - 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - 6+ years of solution or services sales experience - 3+ year(s) of people management experience Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more, fostering a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.,
