Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consultant

Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ years

Shift timings: 3.30pm ist - 12.30am ist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)/Talent Management, Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion Core HR, Talent Management,Recruiting (ORC), compensation modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules according to best practices and business needs.
• Support full lifecycle implementation projects including Fit/Gap analysis, design, build, test, training, and deployment.
• Partner with business users to ensure accurate and effective HCM system usage.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, conduct unit and system testing, and support UAT.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migrations.
• Document business processes, system configuration, and training materials.
• Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and provide impact analysis and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with minimum 4+ years in Core HR, Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management.
• Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes such as employee lifecycle management, job/position management, grade/grade ladder, security profiles, etc.
• Knowledge on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of business processes in HR, recruitment, and talent management domains.
• Experience in global rollouts and understanding of localization features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
