Job Description

Role Overview: As a UK Healthcare Recruiter at LanceSoft, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for UK-based roles. You will be working in a 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift with cab services provided for female employees. The company operates on a five-day workweek. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Screening: Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for UK positions. - Candidate Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process. - Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely solutions. - Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies. - Communication: Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and provide a positive candidate experience. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills. - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Enthusiasm for the recruitment industry. - Healthcare sector skills are advantageous. Please note that in this role, you will enjoy benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday in a UK shift.
