Job Description

As the IT Single Point of Contact for run phase engagements, your primary responsibility will be to manage all IT needs, acting as a bridge between end users and the IT world throughout the contract lifecycle. Your key role includes relationship management for engagements, fulfilling technology needs, and ensuring a smooth project mobilization to meet business outcomes like revenue, margin, satisfaction, cost, and risk management. You will collaborate with various resolver groups during infrastructure, network, and application incidents, providing detailed technical information when needed. Additionally, you will finalize functional requirements with the delivery team for application changes and drive Global IT initiatives/projects within engagements, aiming to deliver cost and effort savings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end IT coordination in Run Phase Engagements - Stabilize and operationalize core IT support processes - Establish internal governance with Service Desk and other IT teams - Demonstrate expertise in IT service delivery and support - Utilize project management skills effectively - Display proficient client management abilities Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in IT Service Delivery & Support - Strong Project Management skills - Effective Client Management capabilities You may also be required to: - Hold ITIL Certification (an added advantage) - Possess PMP Certification (an added advantage) - Engage in technical troubleshooting.,
