Desired Candidate Profile
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDetermine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
Take ownership of the project and work with IT and other stake holders to deliver the project on time
Set project objectives. Complete cost/benefit analysis.
Manage scope and scope change requests.
Track projects against milestones.
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and monitor for continuous improvement.
Lead or oversee requirements gathering process.
Partner with (business/technical) Project Managers to deliver project.
Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.
Project communications including project education and marketing. Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members.
Analyze, interpret, and derive meaning from data.
Ensure test plans are adequate and successful completion of all testing related tasks.
Evaluate system and acceptance test results and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Identify and develop contingency plans to mitigate and address risks.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
