Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Associate

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to clients of a leading American multinational finance corporation. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

    Responsibilities:

    - Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and efficient manner

    - Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to banking products and services

    - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues

    - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using relevant software and systems

    - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction targets

    - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

     

    Requirements:

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

    - Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

    - Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
