Desired Candidate Profile
experience in early stage product development from analytical perspective. The candidate shall be responsible for leading the complete early stage development in Analytical lab. Shall be leading a team of 8-10 personnel.
Requirements Thorough knowledge and hand-on experience in method development and validation in HPLC/UPLC methods for Mabs and glycosylated hormones.
Knowledge and hand-on experience in Capillary Electrophoresis based methods is an added advantage. Should be experienced in leading a team and taking time bound decisions with respect to quality and costing aspects.
