Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in .NET 8, gRPC, GraphQL, React, and AWS infrastructure, along with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, setting technical direction, and ensuring high-quality implementation across the stack. Should have extensive experience in using AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot's coding agent to build, debug, and deploy applications and agents by leveraging features like developer mode, direct instructions, and knowledge sources. Proficient in integrating AI into their workflow, creating complex solutions, and automating processes rather than just accepting basic suggestions.
Core Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of backend services using .NET 8.
- Design and implement efficient APIs using GRPC and GraphQL.
- Oversee frontend development using React.js, ensuring performance and usability.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, optimizing for scalability, security, and cost.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Own the technical roadmap and contribute to strategic planning.
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices are in place.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in .NET 8 / C# backend development.
- Strong knowledge of GRPC and GraphQL API design and implementation.
- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project delivery.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- AWS or Microsoft certifications.
