Experience- 3 yrs to 9 yrs

• Salesforce OmniStudio DevOps roles involve designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions using the Omni Studio platform within the Salesforce ecosystem. These roles require a strong understanding of both Salesforce development,  Omni Studio and DevOps practices.
• Managing and maintaining Salesforce environments to ensure stability and scalability.
• Developing and automating deployment processes for Salesforce applications.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.
• Collaborating with development teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Managing version control and repositories for Salesforce projects.
• Providing technical support and guidance to Salesforce users.
• Reviewing and merging work in source control.
• Setting up, monitoring, and improving DevOps processes.
• Overseeing the DevOps process and offering mentorship.
• Along with DevOvps, should have development knowledge in Apex, LWC and APIs
• Must have good development knowledge in OmniStudio
