Hiring for Plant at Neemrana

As a Billing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing process. You will collaborate with various teams to gather billing information, verify data accuracy, and generate invoices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices for customers
• Collect and verify billing information from various teams
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies, resolve billing issues
• Maintain customer accounts by updating account information as needed
• Assist in the development and improvement of billing procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Can monitor the products invoices before the loading and unloading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in billing or a similar role
• Experience of working on Tally and Microsoft Office.
