Job Description
- Your role involves primarily focusing on Desktop Testing, which includes testing application packages, Intune and GPO policies, scripts, application testing, and patching. Your secondary responsibilities will include working with Intune and SCCM. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive testing of SCCM, Intune, and Munki packages to ensure proper deployment and functionality. - Evaluate and validate Intune policies and loadsets for compliance with organizational standards. - Test and verify Autopilot builds to ensure seamless user experience and system performance. - Execute and assess Nexthink remote action scripts for effectiveness and reliability. - Monitor and evaluate Windows Update for Business (WUfB) quality and feature updates, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users. - Document test cases, results, and defects, providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to desktop environments. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in desktop testing and management. - Conduct Mercury Testing for MST based on test cases and requirements from the team. - Prepare and deliver test summary reports to requesters and other stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: - Proficient in SCCM, Intune, and Munki package management. - Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop management. - Familiarity with Autopilot and its configuration processes. - Knowledge of Nexthink and its remote action capabilities. - Understanding of Windows Update for Business (WUfB) processes and policies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.,
