Job Description

As a Software Tester Intern, you will assist in ensuring the quality and functionality of software products. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to identify defects, perform testing, and contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on various software applications. - Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. - Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions. - Support the QA team in maintaining testing documentation and reports. - Learn and apply best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus. - Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
