Job Description

Role Overview: As a highly skilled PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM), your role will involve supporting and enhancing our client's enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the technical team for Tuxedo App Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, and File Server configurations - Understand data structures and table relationships to support reporting and troubleshooting - Support database environments such as Oracle 12c/19c or MS SQL Server - Work with PeopleTools 8.56 or higher Analytics & Reporting to develop and maintain reports using nVision, BI Publisher, and Kibana Dashboards - Ensure data accuracy and compliance for all HCM and FSCM reports - Analyze and optimize business processes within HCM and FSCM - Configure functional setups and test system functionality - Prepare and maintain documentation, test scripts, and user training materials Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field - PeopleSoft certification in HCM or FSCM modules is a plus - Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager or cloud-based infrastructure is an advantage If you are experienced with at least 8+ years in PeopleSoft (FSCM & HCM) modules and possess a strong technical and functional knowledge in Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
